Performance-based. Moshi charges a 5% fee on sales attributed to its
conversations, plus per-token usage on the responses Moshi sends. Roughly
$2,000 worth of tokens are included per brand each month, so most accounts
only ever pay the 5%. No setup fee, no monthly minimums.

How it works:

- The 5% applies only to revenue Moshi can attribute to its conversations.
- The token charge meters only Moshi's outbound messages.
- The included monthly tokens cover normal volume for most brands.
- A conversion event is a purchase Moshi helped drive; attribution runs from
  the ad click through the DM conversation to the order.
- Optional iMessage add-on has its own per-line cost.

Everything included: unlimited conversations, full attribution, analytics,
Shopify integration, Meta integration, Slack channel, custom AI personality
training.
