Does Moshi use my own Meta account?
Yes. Your Moshi ads run in your connected Meta ad account. Shoppers message your brand’s own Instagram or Messenger account.
Can I review what my agent says?
Yes. Update the product and policy answers in your brand knowledge, then test shopper questions in the Simulator before launch.
Will creating a flow launch a live ad?
No. Creating a flow does not publish to Meta by default. Creating Meta ads requires explicit confirmation and leaves them paused for review.
What can my AI access?
Your connection uses the organization you select during sign-in. Moshi checks your membership on every request. Removing membership stops access.
Can it change my data?
Yes. Write tools can update brand knowledge, create flows, or change Simulator state. Review the requested changes before approval.
Do I need the Claude plugin?
The MCP server provides the tools. The Claude plugin adds guided Moshi workflows.
Install the Claude pluginCan I use another AI client?
Use a client that supports remote MCP over HTTP with OAuth. Check your client’s setup and plan requirements.
